Hazardous Materials

Certain items considered Hazardous Materials (HAZMAT) including aerosols and alcohol-based products (e.g., pressurized spray cans, hairspray, nail polish remover, nail polish etc.) are required by the U.S. Department of Transportation to be shipped by Ground-only transport, due to air transport restrictions and regulations. For these shipments, USPS Ground at $6.95 will be used.  These items cannot be shipped to Alaska, Hawaii, or Puerto Rico.

Returns and Exchanges

Products that have been used or opened cannot be returned.  All returns must be in a re-sellable condition including original packaging and documents. 
To return a product, please contact us for a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Returns must be received within 30 days of the original shipping date to receive a refund.
All refunds take 3-4 weeks to process once your package has been received by us. You will be notified via email once the return has been processed. Buyers are responsible for the return shipping fee but your replacement product will be shipped free of charge.  When returning items please attach a tracking number.
Exchanges must be received within 30 days of the original shipping date.
